- Facilitating the addition of new lines or services to accounts, supporting the growth of customer businesses.
- Identifying customer needs through rapport building, insightful questioning, and empathetic communication, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
- Delivering personalized solutions that align with each customer's unique situation, including recommendations on rate plans, data usage reduction, and promotional offers.

Sales Types:

Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in English to effectively communicate with U.S. customers.
- Proficient in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- A minimum of one year of sales experience or exceptional communication skills.
- Availability to train and work 40 hours per week, with two days off. The operational hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST, Monday to Saturday.
Compensation includes a monthly base salary of MXN$18,400 (before taxes), an average monthly bonus of MXN$8,000 upon meeting sales and service targets, and grocery and restaurant vouchers provided bi-weekly.
Work Environment:
This position requires working on-site, with no option for remote work.
Schedule Flexibility:
Work schedules are determined based on performance, seniority, and site operating hours. Availability for training and work is required for five days a week, with two rest days.
