Bilingual Sales Representative

AT&T is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our business customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide world-class customer service and billing assistance to business customers.
- Identify growth opportunities for our business customers and seamlessly integrate additional lines or services into customer accounts.
- Deepen customer understanding through effective communication and empathy, ensuring personalized solutions are tailored to meet customer needs.
- Gain proficiency in a variety of offerings, including Telephone Services, hotspots, wireless devices, DIRECTV, Internet solutions, and business systems.
- Specialize in enhancing customer plans through upgrades, package modifications, and the introduction of new services.
- Advanced English fluency to effectively communicate with U.S. customers.
- At least 1 year of sales experience with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Experience using personal computers and Microsoft Office products to research information and support customers while talking to them on the phone.
- Availability to train and work 40 hours across 5 days of the week within our operating hours of 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST, Monday to Saturday, accommodating Daylight Saving Time and holidays.
