**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing applicable safety, health, and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management system to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of health, safety, and environmental activities.

• Provide training and awareness programs for associates on health, safety, and environmental procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement root cause analysis and corrective action plans to address health, safety, and environmental incidents.

• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

• High school or technical degree.

• Knowledge of Mexican (Federal, State, and Local) environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Experience in implementing and maintaining environmental management systems based on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
