Position Overview: As a Regional Senior Facilities Manager, you will oversee the operational excellence of our facilities within the designated region. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service to our internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the comprehensive operations of multiple commercial properties, ensuring maintenance and upkeep are conducted to the highest standards.
  • Oversee financial management, including operating costs and capital investments, to maintain the fiscal health of the property portfolio.
  • Interpret and manage real estate leases and vendor agreements, collaborating with legal advisors as necessary.
  • Lead the execution of both short-term and long-term real estate initiatives.
  • Coordinate relocation, consolidation, and construction projects as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of service contracts and fixed assets, collaborating with the tax department on asset management.
  • Work closely with project managers and space planners to ensure that construction meets business needs and adheres to project timelines.
  • Engage with internal teams to assess space requirements and ensure that plans reflect user needs accurately.
  • Monitor trends in employee growth and collaborate with planning teams to optimize workspace allocation.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility within the facilities management framework.
  • Participate in risk management and resiliency programs to enhance operational stability.
  • Oversee budgeting processes, including financial reporting and operational analysis, to drive efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, ensuring effective staffing and training across multiple locations.
  • Set clear objectives and track progress towards team goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in commercial real estate and facility management.
  • 8-10 years of managerial experience, ideally within a large corporate environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • A degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in facilities management are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial.
