**Key Responsibilities:**
• Engage in retention efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Resolve billing issues raised to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Utilize cross-selling techniques to promote additional products or services;
• Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
**Requirements:**
• B1 level of English proficiency;
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a bilingual customer service agent;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
