About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Support Specialist to join our team at Motion Industries. This individual will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support services to our national account business unit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements for customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profile and contract data in our system.
  • Configure pricing in the system according to customer agreements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage active accounts under each customer agreement and provide regular updates.
  • Collaborate with branches to understand customer agreement roles and responsibilities, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Respond to branch or management inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Create engaging presentations for customers, including implementation plans, contract kick-offs, review meetings, and performance data.
  • Generate customized reports for customers, highlighting performance data, cost savings, and other key metrics.
  • Participate in customer meetings, conference calls, and other interactions to foster strong relationships.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is typically required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, branches, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential for creating presentations and reports.
  • Solid math skills and reading comprehension abilities are necessary for interpreting data and communicating results.
  • A positive attitude, high energy level, and strong organizational and planning skills are critical for multitasking and project management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an excellent compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including healthcare coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, vacation time, sick leave, and holiday pay.
