About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Provisioning Specialist to join our team at UST Global. As a key member of our Cloud Infrastructure Services team, you will be responsible for managing and/or assisting with assigned small to medium projects that may involve multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead status calls each week with key markets and vendors to proactively meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with Health Systems, vendors, and local markets on access needs for systems as needed.
  • Lead solutions-driven outcomes with revenue cycle end users and various departments when needed.
  • Act as an escalation resource for all requests falling outside of SLA or standards of service from all areas of the organization.
  • Monitor IT Service Management (ITSM) queue to ensure requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • Design and create metrics-based reports from Service Now or other tools.
  • Create and maintain clear, concise, complete documentation.
  • Cerner user provisioning will be a primary task.
Requirements
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, especially in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the customer's business requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Change Management processes and concepts.
