Payroll and Benefits Team Lead

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a team of payroll, compensation, and benefits experts.
- Design and implement innovative service solutions to improve accuracy and automation.
- Facilitate integration and consistency in payroll and compensation processes across countries.
- Monitor and control processes, ensuring targets are met and KPIs are tracked.
- Provide input and feedback from a regional and local perspective to global Centers of Excellence.
Your Ideal Profile:
- University degree in economics, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in recruitment and leadership roles.
- Strong communication and digital savviness skills.
- Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
