Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the construction segment.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with regional sales teams, customers, and partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, product launches, and other initiatives to support regional sales goals.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, and at least 10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish language skills highly preferred.
