Billing Manager

At Speedcast, we're seeking a skilled Billing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely customer billing.

• Manage and review customer billings to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with sales and customer service teams.
• Collaborate with collections and sales teams to resolve payment issues and ensure revenue recognition.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed to support financial decision-making.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all customer orders and billing activities.

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial operations and customer billing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of data and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and other financial software applications.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
