Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of cash receipts and payments. This includes:

  • Matching bank statements and customer remittances to identify invoices for posting.
  • Documenting processes and variances, and ensuring that all queries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with the Credit Management team to address cash on account and ensure prompt management of remittance advice.
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of receivables data prior to closing.
  • Performing AR closing activities and delivering audit requirements as requested.
Background & Skills

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Education in Economics, International Business, or Accounting.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate-level English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
