At Arrow Electronics, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Tlaquepaque, Mexico. This exciting opportunity is part of our HR and Sustainability department, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the company's growth and success.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an annual hiring range of $215,200 - $272,000 MXN, based on a 30-day month and 2 weeks' paid vacation. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes 40% vacation premium, 12 days of vacation, vision assistance, life insurance, healthcare insurance, food/pantry vouchers, restaurant vouchers, and a savings fund.

Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for initiating requisitions and facilitating approvals, participating in special projects, and utilizing Workday to process employee-related transactions. You'll also contribute to process improvement and continuous quality control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR service center environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including correspondences and written materials
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills
  • Knowledge of office practices and etiquette
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, and Workday is highly preferred

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
