We are seeking a Housekeeping Associate to join our team at The Riviera Maya EDITION, located in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, including restocking linens and amenities
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience for our guests
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift up to 55 pounds.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience.
