About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya in Mexico. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Transport supplies and equipment throughout the resort
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience needed

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $13.50 per hour, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
