**Job Title:** Electronics Team Leader

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the right level of capabilities, competencies, and expertise.
  • Deploy and implement state-of-the-art standards, processes, methods, and tools in the team.
  • Participate in the improvement of standards, processes, methods, and tools in the Engineering discipline.
  • Check and audit the implementation of standards (RAISE).

**Management and Competency:**

  • Manage the team of engineers and technicians, including yearly reviews, meetings, missions, and objectives.
  • Define the necessary qualifications and training plan for the team with the support of management.
  • Allocate team staff in project activities.
  • Propose trainings and career evolutions with the support of management.
  • Contribute to the recruitment of team members.

**Budget:**

  • Propose and follow the budget for the team.
  • Responsible for the Team Efficiency Plan and achievements.

**Process, Methodology, Tools, Equipment:**

  • Deploy the Engineering process, methodology, and tools defined by the Engineering discipline Manager/Director.
  • Participate in the definition of processes, methods, and tools necessary to handle projects properly.
  • Participate in the improvement of standards, methods, and tools of the Engineering discipline.

**Standardization and Robust Design:**

  • Support the RAISE team by ensuring knowledge, training, and implementation of standards.
  • Review and challenge Destandardization requests before release.
  • Ensure that each single design achieves the highest level of Robust design.
