About the Role

The PCO Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management and review of Kerry PCO activities. This role will work closely with the plant business partners to ensure that the ledgers show a true and fair view of the KPI data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue monthly timetables
  • Ensure that the business partner signs off on the plant accounts prior to full absorption
  • Review service level agreements monthly and issue monthly KPIs on performance and follow-up on actions where required
  • Day-to-day management of the PCO team, including performing PCO tasks for 1-2 sites
  • Manage job rotation for the team
  • Ad-hoc business requirements throughout the year and year-end

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in finance, minimum of 3 years
  • Language skills to support the plants within the team and fluency in English
  • SAP proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Analytical and review skills
  • Ability to escalate and challenge information
