We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a bilingual sales representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to AT&T's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of AT&T's products and services.
  • Engage with Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues and provide customer resolutions.
  • Support wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and prepaid service.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
  • Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products.
  • One year of customer sales experience.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time.
  • Availability to work 100% in the Center, not from home.
