Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Midtown Plaza, providing sales expertise and exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic role that requires a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary contact and product expert for new leads and existing accounts
- Maintaining a high level of solution-based selling to sell TeamViewer products
- Showcasing TeamViewer products through online product demos
- Finding and qualifying inbound leads from phone calls and online chat
- Maintaining account records and pipeline projections in CRM tools
- Quoting customers and maintaining follow-up throughout the sales process to win the account
- Collaborating with technical sales engineers to ensure customer needs are met
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills in both English and Spanish
- A hunter attitude, enjoying proactive outreach and uncovering customer needs
- Time management skills, able to handle a high volume of leads
- An intermediate understanding of both PC and mobile devices
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- The ability to create sales opportunities through proactive outbound contact
- A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
