We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Services Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Service Management team, you will be responsible for delivering 2nd level support consulting services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on SAP technology-based system landscapes.
- Ensure high availability of customer services by supporting service restoration in critical situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and resolution.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their technical skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS, including technical planning, installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Technical expertise in databases (HANA/DB2/SQL Server/MaxDB/Sybase), operating systems (Unix/Windows/Linux), and hyperscalers technologies.
- Experience with SAP technologies, such as SAP Netweaver or HANA-based systems, Solution Manager, and BusinessObjects.
- Good understanding of IT operations and ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams.
- 4-6 years of experience as an SAP Basis consultant or system administrator.
