The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team in a key role that will drive the transformation of our supply chain. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and implementing change management initiatives that will enable us to achieve our business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the transformation of our supply chain.
  • Lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions to ensure that stakeholders are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize change management initiatives that will have the greatest impact on our business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that change management initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in change management, learning, or HR.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Project management methodology and database management proficiency.
  • Intermediate Excel level and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • English proficiency (Intermediate - B1).
  • Proactive, strategic thinking, leadership, communication skills, and project management.
