**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement a proactive workforce plan and recruiting strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Champion talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent, improving performance and building bench strength.
- Work with leaders to analyze workforce capability and skills requirements, participating in planning to ensure alignment of goals.
- Partner with leadership on strategic needs and growth initiatives, guiding and directing leaders on organizational design, development, and change management solutions.
- Develop strong partnerships with leaders and employees, managing labor relations and collective bargaining agreements.
- Lead and coach site leadership on HR program implementation, including performance, salary, and talent reviews.
- Coach and counsel managers on management and employee issues, utilizing performance management processes and disciplinary actions as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Business Partner roles, with experience in developing and leading integrated networks of domestic and international manufacturing sites and 3rd party PEO relationships.
- Strong working knowledge of Mexico labor laws and demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.
- Well-developed influencing skills, ability to inspire confidence and drive consensus.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
