Job Summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Apodaca. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and analyze critical HR metrics to inform business decisions
Collaborate with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
Support HRBP of business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
Foster a culture of transparency and open communication about business challenges, successes, and results
Requirements
Active bachelor students from 7th semester and up related to the HR area: Administration, Psychology, IIA, International Business, Communication, Public Relations
English Level Advanced
Strategic mindset: anticipate future trends and implications accurately
Energized when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty; deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes
Personal commitment to and takes action to continuously improve and lean; accepts assignments that broaden capabilities
