Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Analyst to join our team at Autoliv Mexico. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for collecting and maintaining HR data, analyzing metrics and trends, and preparing reports to present to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain HR data, including employee demographics, performance evaluations, compensation details, and turnover rates.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders, including senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of previous HR Generalist experience, Data Analytics. Knowledge in Dayforce, workforce and TRESS is desired.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (70% intermediate level).
