This role supports the Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and Maintenance operations management in the frontline to implement, ensure compliance, and maintain the performance of end-to-end business processes and the supporting systems.
- Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations according to agreed focus areas.
- Identify and propose concrete improvement actions based on analysis.
- Support Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and regional Maintenance Operations Managers in setting and following-up targets according to Field Operations Management Model.
- Train Supervisors and Maintenance Operations Managers in usage of maintenance tools and processes.
- Responsible for route optimization, capacity planning, maintenance profile optimization in the FL.
- Identify and collect potential improvement ideas and contribute to the future development plans of global methods.
- Hands-on support to new deployments, the implementation, utilization, and constant improvement of the KONE Way (KW) business processes and tools to become part of daily operations (e.g. MBM / DMP, FSM, MAP, Traction Control, operational reports, Supervisor Role and Mobility, 24/7 and VAS services, etc.).
Hiring Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, statistics, or similar area.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge in statistics programs or software's.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
