Key Responsibilities- Work closely with customers to develop resolution plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure.
- Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution support via phone and web.
- Interact with technology, supply chain, product management, sales, and field service to provide technical and commercial solutions for customers.
- Work cross-functionally with global teams.
- Document customer cases and actions using case-tracking tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Support.
- Portfolio Management/Business Strategy/Market Intelligence.
- Previous experience with: Manufacturing/Cost Accounting/Finance.
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) FICO Model, OFFICE, Advanced Excel.
- Residency or relocation to Monterrey, Mexico is required.
- Strong Leadership, Attention to detail, self-critic, and excellent customer service attitude.
- Intermediate – advanced English level.
