**Drive Business Growth as a Sales Specialist for Motors and Drives**:

At ABB, we're committed to driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions. As a Sales Specialist for Motors and Drives, you'll be accountable for sales volumes and margins in the Motion Business Area. You'll work with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new market opportunities with the wider sales team.

- Use your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.

- Monitor customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

**Your Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Control and Automation Engineer.

- 2-5 years of sales experience of motors and drives.

- Experience selling end users and industry experience.

- Availability to travel.

- Intermediate English Level.
