Client Relations Coordinator

Position Overview
The Client Relations Coordinator is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional customer journey by delivering support throughout the sales and order fulfillment stages. This position guarantees efficient order processing while managing order intake and confirming precision. The Client Relations Coordinator will oversee delivery schedules and organize logistics, in addition to ensuring accurate invoicing.
Primary Duties
- Develops and sustains the customer order management framework
- Processes orders and performs preliminary audits to confirm order precision
- Returns back orders/contracts as needed
- Monitors order progress and signature verification to ensure prompt delivery
- Facilitates order deliveries
- Confirms invoices and organizes billing to accelerate payment receipt
- Offers sales assistance and completes tasks such as inventory assessments, quotations, and customer engagement as required
- Undertakes additional customer support tasks as necessary
- Travels as required; annual travel to China is expected
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in sectors such as foreign trade or import-export firms is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, proficient in English
- Maintains composure under pressure in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
