VivaAerobus is currently searching for a Human Resources Business Partner for our Staff Division

As HR Business Partner Coordinator youwill champion initiatives that improve HR processes and develop best practices to foster business efficiency. This position is a key advisor to some senior leaders to ensure people initiatives help the business attract, develop, engage, and retain employees. You will anticipate opportunities and proactively define initiatives that improve Viva's staff's business performance. To achieve this, you will collaborate with the HRBP Staff Director, HR Centers of Expertise (COE), and HR Shared Services to deliver HR programs and support.

Your derivables as HRBP Coordinator:

  • Provide employees and management with coaching and counseling.
  • Link knowledge of the organization to HR strategies.
  • Talent development for leaders.
  • Be a role model of the cultural organization and deliver an excellent employee experience to all.
  • Employs effective change management strategies to aid in business transformation activities.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • In conjunction with the HRBP Director, will be able to influence business decision-making to ensure that HR issues and risks are systematically considered at the earliest possible stage.
  • Partner closely with the HR COEs and Shared Services to ensure that the appropriate subject matter experts are actively engaged in delivering business outcomes.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Bachelors degree in Administration, Strategy, Mkt or Commercial.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR business-facing role.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, must.
  • Experience with XLS, CRM, ATS and People Analytics Software.
  • Strong employee relations experience.
  • Talent management and development experience.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and consult with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A good thinker with strong conceptual abilities and analytical skills.
  • A team player who represents the company's values.
  • A professional with a high drive and hunger to continue learning.
  • Enthusiasm for team dynamics with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Comfort switching from strategic to tactical work on a day-to-day basis.
