Job Summary

Lluch Essence is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers, commercial department, and supply chain teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Create commercial offers in our system based on customer requirements.
  • Manage and register sales orders in SAP, including creation, confirmation, tracking, and stock updates.
  • Conduct stock control and analysis to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Support and resolve customer complaints, incidents, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consolidate loads according to orders in progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain customer contracts in our system, ensuring periodic reviews and updates.
  • Manage and update customer databases in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide proactive communication with customers regarding deadlines, delays, stock availability, and other important updates.
  • Handle and send specific product and order-related documentation, including letters of credit, certificates of origin, invoices, and technical documentation.
  • Manage comprehensive invoicing for assigned customers, including reissuing and follow-up on payments.
  • Support commercial management by sending and following up on quotations.
  • Ensure compliance with company occupational health and safety regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Superior degree in business, international trade, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office package.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of international trade (INCOTERMS) and international transport/export management.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of nomenclature of the aromas/fragrances sector, chemical, or similar.
  • Another foreign language at an advanced level is highly valued.
