About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Services Analyst to join our team at Daimler Financial Services Mexico. As a key member of our Fleet Services group, you will be responsible for retrieving and distributing contract and account documentation to our customers, dealers, and brand partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Fulfill document requests from external customers, including contract and title copies, loan balance reports, amortization schedules, and account payment histories.
  • Email Management: Monitor the Fleet Services group mailbox, retrieve/review emails received, and open tasks in the system accordingly.
  • Accounting Support: Assist with minor accounts payable tasks, invoice review, and suspense funding monitoring.
  • Decision Making: Make independent decisions for appropriate action to be taken according to documented policies and procedures.
  • Request Evaluation: Evaluate incoming requests and determine if all required information and approvals are included to fulfill the request in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess risk and determine when to appropriately escalate to next-level management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Language: Bilingual.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate internally and externally with all levels of employees.
