Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate, Fleet Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the end-of-lease vehicle sales process, from reviewing next maturities to providing FMV quotations and vehicle remarketing. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and revenue while ensuring seamless customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review portfolio end-of-lease maturity and provide timely quotations to customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for remarketing and sales of vehicles, ensuring all business policies and needs are met.
  • Coordinate vehicle collection to supplier facilities and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any end-of-lease requirements and escalating additional needs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to identify and resolve process defects.
  • Ensure all vehicle sales are properly documented and meet metric expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of business experience, with a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving, business judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Medium level of English proficiency.
  • Strong demonstrated project management skills and analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to programs and apps designed specifically for CEI Fleet Collision and Safety.
