We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Manager to join our global transfer pricing team at Warner Bros. Discovery. Key Accountabilities- Manage global transfer pricing documentation, ensuring compliance with US and OECD transfer pricing regulations.
- Assist with global transfer pricing planning projects, including the analysis and implementation of new intercompany structures.
- Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc transfer pricing issues and respond to requests from tax administrations.
- Support external tax and transfer pricing audits, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
- Manage internal team and administrative activities, including recruitment and management of interns.
- 6+ years of transfer pricing experience, with a strong understanding of US and OECD transfer pricing regulations.
- BS/BA or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
- MBA or equivalent certification a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional business partners and external advisors.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure while showing attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the media industry and exposure to US international tax principles.
