Sales Representative for Energy Division

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH. As a Sales Representative for Energy Division, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products within a defined area of responsibility.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the market to promote and sell Alfa Laval products.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business division strategy and targets.
- Provide direct support to customers during the quotation process and ensure quality in deliverables.
- Use CRM tools and other tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and make decisions.
- Keep databases up to date in the CRM tool and maintain continuous improvement.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, mechatronics).
- Manufacturing experience in the metalwork industry with knowledge in the energy field.
- 3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or technical/product sales.
- English/Spanish skills at C1 or proficiency level with both written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of heat exchangers is increasingly valuable for this position.
