Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling FedEx services to customers in assigned revenue bands, through approved techniques, in an assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make presentations for prospective and established accounts to ensure attainment of assigned revenue goals.
  • Maximize the number of effective calls made each day to establish accounts and strengthen distribution and sales volumes.
  • Develop and maintain a predefined customer base through effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer activity and account profile information to ensure proper call frequency and follow-up in resolving customer problems.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional programs.
  • Interface with different FedEx departments to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner, providing feedback to the lead source regarding the results.
  • Work with account executives to support lower volume accounts.
  • Respond to leads from Marketing, Customer Service, or Operations in a timely manner, providing feedback to the lead source regarding the results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or College student preferred.
  • Experience in commercial, industrial, or telephone sales.
  • Knowledge of effective telephone sales techniques, excellent negotiation, and communications skills.
  • Clear and articulate speaking voice and the ability to organize large amounts of information preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
