About the Role

We're a pioneering company in the energy sector, and we're looking for a talented Sales Representative to join our team in Monterrey. As a Sales Representative for Energy Division, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers, partners, and society.

Your Mission

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products within a defined area of responsibility. To achieve this, you'll need to:

  • Follow Technical Sales Processes: Promote and sell our products by following established technical sales processes and guidelines.
  • Execute Sales Strategies: Follow up on qualified leads and convert them into orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales Team: Provide direct support to customers during the quotation process, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop Sales Plans: Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to develop sales plans that align with our business division strategy and targets.
  • Utilize CRM Tools: Effectively use our CRM tool and other sales support tools to drive sales performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Engineering Background: A bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, chemical, or mechatronics.
  • Industry Experience: Manufacturing experience in the metal work industry with knowledge in the energy field.
  • Sales Experience: 3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or technical/product sales.
  • Language Skills: English/Spanish skills at C1 or proficiency level with both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Heat Exchanger Knowledge: Understanding of heat exchangers is highly valued for this position.

Practicalities

This position is located in Monterrey, and we offer remote work options. We also provide a Mexican contract with benefits above the law. Non-Mexican citizens must have a recent Mexican working visa.
