**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and manage legal tools to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts across various corporate functions.
  • Act as a business partner between Legal and other business units, fostering effective communication and alignment on legal matters.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes, reduce risks, and enhance efficiency through creative legal solutions.
  • Analyse laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide recommendations and insights that mitigate legal risks and promote compliance.
  • Provide legal support and assistance to the legal team as needed, including preparing legal documents, presentations, and reports.

**Requirements**

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proactive and willing to have continuous development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines.
  • Internship Legal Programmes.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, DocuSign (desirable).
  • Fluent English: written and speaking (Advanced, is a must).
