Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

At VTekis Consulting LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering low-code, no-code, and out-of-the-box solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Support Specialists, Technical Leads, Development Teams, and Stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in planning sessions with Business Partners, Developers, and Stakeholders to identify dependencies, craft delivery strategies, and involve customers in early, incremental delivery of Salesforce's dedicated data model.
  • Lead the planning stages, identifying goals and vision, removing impediments, and block distractions to keep the agile team focused on committed objectives.
  • Apply a deep agile toolbox, including awareness of various agile techniques, alternate project management approaches, and the wisdom to understand when to apply which process to the problem at hand.
  • Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop proficiency with Agile methods, including story sizing, backlog management, story mapping, and more.
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and/or external vendors.
  • Support complex projects/products and programs using pre-existing knowledge, skills, templates, and expertise in various organizational and implementation methodologies.
  • Concurrently manage multiple projects/products with multiple teams across multiple business areas in a matrixed reporting structure.
  • Remove roadblocks and manage the process and culture to ensure team progress and continuous improvement.
  • Assist Product Owners in enacting effective backlog grooming techniques, facilitating sprint planning, daily scrum, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Proactively address issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the team by identifying opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
