Responsibilities
- Provide professional and empathetic support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
- Document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up activities, in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Operations and Information Technology, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge content in our reference center, ensuring that our online resources are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or knowledge delivery role.
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of common computer configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
