Key Responsibilities- Employee Management
- Promote a team-oriented, high-reaching, and innovative work environment
- Collaborate with Resource and Consulting Managers to effectively handle the staffing process for our engagements
- Empower the team to keep up with the rapid pace and be available to the field when questions arise
- Make staffing data clear and readily available to the team and management
- Ensure the Resource Management team members are adhering to the activities, processes, and procedures outlined in the established staffing and subcontracting guidelines
- Enthusiastically recruit, develop, lead, and retain a diverse, remote team of Resource Managers to support the Services regions
- Coordinate the Resource Manager incentive compensation plans and annual review process
- Guide and support the Resource Managers and field personnel to achieve quarterly revenue, utilization, and margin objectives
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Professional Services organization through leading and participating in internal initiatives
- Actively participate in ongoing process improvement discussions and activities
- Collaborate across different functional groups within Workday and Partner organizations (i.e., Delivery Assurance, IT, Finance, Operations, Legal, etc.)
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 3 years' experience in management or team lead experience in Professional/Consulting Services Operations or Resource Management
- Proven ability to analyze data, reports, and dashboards and a willingness to 'dive into' systems and formulate new and better ideas on how to better support Leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and mitigate issues
- Demonstrated ability to work optimally across teams, overcome resistance, and navigate a sophisticated organization
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google, Smartsheet, and Miro
