Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Solutions Architect to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and owning strategy, roadmap, design, specifications, standards, reference architecture, and artifacts for all solutions in the areas of LAN (Wired and Wireless) and LAN Segmentation.

Your responsibilities will include understanding and translating enterprise needs into implementable technology solutions to enable long-term success. You will develop Campus Network roadmaps and strategy, working with various other domain architects to align technology and service roadmaps.

Additionally, you will drive new technology/product/solution evaluations, providing leadership in the identification of specific technology standards for Global Campus Network. You will also lead product/solution Proof of Concept with other domain architects/engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and owning strategy, roadmap, design, specifications, standards, reference architecture, and artifacts for all solutions in the areas of LAN (Wired and Wireless) and LAN Segmentation.
  • Understanding and translating enterprise needs into implementable technology solutions to enable long-term success.
  • Developing Campus Network roadmaps and strategy, working with various other domain architects to align technology and service roadmaps.
  • Driving new technology/product/solution evaluations, providing leadership in the identification of specific technology standards for Global Campus Network.
  • Leading product/solution Proof of Concept with other domain architects/engineers.

Requirements:

  • Strong, hands-on experience working on complex and large-scale network setups, largely in an engineering role.
  • Over 4 years of experience in designing and solutioning wired and wireless networks for campuses.
  • Deep understanding of network concepts, routing and switching protocols, and design best practices.
  • Strong exposure and experience with Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto technology stacks.
  • Priority to CCIE LAB Cleared candidates in one of the listed domains: Enterprise Wireless; Enterprise Infrastructure.
