Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Packaging Manager to join our team at Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all manufacturing activities and programs within the Logistics and Packaging area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations and interact with Materials Management in their areas of responsibility.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of transfer plans and support the implementation of new technology and products in the logistics and packaging area.
  • Establish goals and objectives for the Logistics and Packaging area and develop plans for direct managers assigned to this area.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve all business processes under your supervision.
  • Participate in strategic decisions of the plant, division, and company.
Requirements
  • Understand and interpret federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as corporate procedures and guidelines.
  • Establish operational goals and objectives in line with corporate strategies.
  • Prepare programs for projects and coordinate activities to ensure corporate goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of world-class manufacturing standards.
  • Implement target systems and procedures to ensure equipment and machinery meet operational performance and utilization requirements.
