As a key member of our Materials Division, you will be responsible for implementing operating systems that drive optimal performance in key areas such as On-Time Delivery, Premium Freight, Zero Past Dues, Total Inventory, Obsolescence Risk, and Inventory Accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain management strategies to optimize logistics, transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate risks and improve efficiency in materials management, cost reduction, and inventory optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including plant materials key metrics, to inform decision-making and drive business results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX, FOA, CTPAT, OEA, and 5S.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative or Engineering field.
- At least 7 years of experience in a managerial role, with a strong background in supply chain management and materials management.
- APICS certification, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), IATF 16949, and other relevant methodologies.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
