**The Role**
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative payment solutions. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for defining product vision, communicating product strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to launch category-defining solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute product roadmaps, prioritizing features and metrics to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and resources, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscapes, informing the team of new ideas and changing business priorities.
- Lead the development of world-class customer experiences, driving key business metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Establish efficient processes that balance complexity and simplicity, enabling a seamless user experience.
- Implement best-in-class product development and management practices, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of data analytics, including SQL querying, pivot tables, and A/B testing significance.
- Knowledge of Agile product development methodologies and comfortable working with incomplete data and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in a cross-border/language environment, with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the FinTech industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
