We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Under Armour. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our athletes.


About the Role


This is a seasonal part-time opportunity that offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for generating sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service to our customers.


Your Responsibilities


- Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
- Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
- Share what you know—and love—about our products
- Stock, straighten, and clean the store
- Work both front and back of the store as needed


Requirements


We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sports, fashion, and providing excellent customer service. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:


- Be at least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA)
- Be available to work a flexible schedule
- Be comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held, and mobile devices)
- Have strong communication skills
- Be able to perform the essential functions of the role
- Previous work experience (preferred, not required), particularly in a customer-facing role

Salary and Compensation


The estimated hourly salary for this role is $7,600-$8,000 per hour, based on your location and experience. This compensation package reflects the value we place on our team members and their contributions to our success.
