**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Enter data into multiple online systems and maintain accurate records
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers and assess accounts to reach decisions
  • Work independently to make sound business decisions on case information
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine issues
  • Coordinate information among various operational areas and customers
  • Assist team members with workload and complete other job duties as needed

**Working Conditions:**

This role requires frequent sitting in the office and during breaks and lunchtime. Standing and walking are periodic throughout the workday on hard floor surfaces. Hands and arms are constantly in use throughout the workday, with frequent use of computer and other office equipment.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of call center experience
  • Fast-paced, team-based experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service call center environment preferred
  • Experience in an internet company, financial services industry, or transaction processor highly desired
  • Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions on case information
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, including active listening
