Job Overview

Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Sales Specialist to join our team in Monterrey, NL. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional clinical education and sales results.

About the Role

The successful candidate will promote company products through clinical education of current and potential customers, implants, and patient clinic coverage within a defined region. They will work closely with the Territory Manager to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Selling: Collaborate with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level, demonstrating mastery of all sales tools and programs available.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the business of the territory, detect and develop business opportunities, and apply HE&R resources to increase sales team success.
  • People: Demonstrate leadership skills, conduct oneself professionally in all interactions, and maintain high standards of excellence.
  • Technical: Provide coverage for complex cases throughout the region and area, expert working knowledge of BS products and applications, and responsible for monitoring and improving clinical efficiencies and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum of 2 years of industry experience in medical device, sales, clinical electrophysiology, or equivalent education and experience. Additionally, they must demonstrate technical aptitude, ability to discuss and explain complex technical product information, and availability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with work experience in Atrial Fibrillation/Cardiac Mapping/Structural Heart Procedure, existing usage of 3D cardiac mapping system, MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare, communication skills, sense of urgency, patient centricity attitude, teamwork, and results-oriented are preferred.

Estimated Salary Range

R$540,000 - R$1,080,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
