The Medical Care Coordinator Specialist is a key member of the Universal Electronics team responsible for ensuring quality medical care across the organization. This role involves coordinating and supervising various processes related to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain procedures, instructions, and documents for the medical service, including care protocols and internal regulations.
- Organize and coordinate first aid consultations and services to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Initiate incident investigation procedures as needed.
- Prepare reports on medical service activities and review nurse attendance records.
- Facilitate logistical support for new medication, equipment, and supplies.
- Support new hires in medical examinations and supervise clinical record generation.
- Schedule periodic examinations for company personnel based on risk assessments.
- Verify that risk activity examinations are conducted correctly.
- Prepare reports and file personnel medical records, communicating absences due to medical reasons.
- Plan and develop health campaigns, preventive, and curative medicine programs.
- Conduct health talks and support monthly safety talks.
- Evaluate accurate work incident recording and correct statement of facts filling.
- Attend work accidents, fill out forms, and participate in investigations.
- Provide consultation, prescribe medication, and recommend disability when necessary.
- Refer employees to specialists when warranted.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant occupational health experience.
- Ergonomics knowledge.
- EHS knowledge.
- Office software proficiency.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Proactive, organized, responsible, and honest.
- English language skills a plus.
- Medical Doctor graduated.
