Job Summary:
The Centralized Study Specialist II will play a crucial role in the success of our clinical trials. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing Investigator Packages, amended Core ICFs, and Country/Site ICFs. You will also develop initial ICFs for Countries, patient recruiting materials, study plans/guidance, and confidential disclosure agreements.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide input/responses to audit/CAPA findings related to tasks, manage study documents, and track outstanding issues with relevant study team members. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively manage internal/external communications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Review Investigator Packages and amended Core ICFs
- Develop initial ICFs for Countries and patient recruiting materials
- Develop/review study plans/guidance and confidential disclosure agreements
- Provide input/responses to audit/CAPA findings related to tasks
- Manage study documents and track outstanding issues
- Effectively communicate with internal/external stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and serve as a Subject Matter Expert

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research or a related field
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
