About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a High Performance DRAM Validation Expert. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DRAM architecture and functionality, solid circuit-level knowledge, and experience with C/C++/Python programming languages.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare validation tests and hardware for silicon testing.
- Execute validation tests and analyze results.
- Investigate issues related to functionality or margin.
- Correct and mitigate software and hardware limitations.
- Report findings to Design Readiness and contribute to root cause analysis.
Growth Opportunities
- Expand validation coverage by analyzing DRAM functionality and margin.
- Contribute to validation testing with new Python-based sequences.
Requirements
- Experience in DRAM architecture and functionality.
- Solid circuit-level knowledge and simulation experience.
- Advanced knowledge of C/C++/Python programming languages.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master of Science in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
