**Job Description**

As a Senior Verification Quality Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that the DRAM verification design activities meet the highest standards and requirements.

You will work with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate start-of-the-art verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.

**Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with verification experts to develop and implement verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions.

• Manage the JAMA verification requirement management system and maintain its integrity.

• Author training programs to educate verification teams on best practices.

• Participate in and audit verification activities and reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

• Build solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units, and cross-functional organizations within Micron.

• Develop expert-level understanding in DRAM circuit design and verification.

• Build, manage, and mentor a tightly coupled verification quality team.

**Qualifications and Skills**

• Five or more years of experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Excellent consultative and influencing approach, including solid technical writing skills.

• Strong project management skills and ability to negotiate and present ideas effectively.

• Experience with requirements management tools, e.g. JAMA.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year
